From Surendranath Evening College regarding the collection of pay receipts and submission of ID Card forms for 1st Semester students of the 2025-2026 session.
Who: Students who have not received their pay receipt or submitted their ID Card forms for the 1st Semester (2025-2026 session).
What: Collect pay receipts and submit ID Card forms.
When: September 10, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Where: Rooms
Room No -01 B.COM (MAJOR),
Room No -02 -B.COM (MDC),
Room No -03 B.A. & B.SC (MAJOR),
Room No -04 B.A. & B.SC (MDC).
Important Note: Students must carry their admission forms along with the barcode (hard copy or soft copy) and fill out the ID Card form properly, skipping the columns for Roll number, section, and stream.
After collecting the payment receipt write students ID NO, SECTION AND ROLL NUMBER to your id card form and submitted the id card form at our college office.
Must carry your admission form where barcode is printed
Form pdf or form photocopy in your phone are also valid.
