1)  Computerised all money receipts.(Xerox)

2)  1copies stamp size photo. (If applicable)

3)  Library card in original.

4)   Part–III Mark-sheet. & Admit (Xerox).

       N.B :- No candidates shall be entertained after the expiry of the above mentions dates.
